However, in the Self-Directed or Guided levels, a) if you have completed the first two modules of the program, b) have completed the lessons and homework for the first two modules, c) have not taken any lessons beyond the second module, and d) you don’t feel this program is right for you, then provide copies of your completed work by emailing them to Couples [at] CouplesCommunicationInstitute [dot] com within 14 days of enrollment for a full refund. 

When you are enrolled in the Premium level you are making a higher level of commitment to the work from the outset, and reserving Dr. Sarah’s time. There are no refunds for the Premium level.
